Account Deletion
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:
Settings -> Account -> Delete Account
You will be asked to confirm the deletion before your account and associated user data are removed.
Deleting your account removes your Mnemonicly profile, learning progress, preferences, saved AI Library associations, and related user data where applicable.
Some generated vocabulary content may remain stored separately if it is shared and reused across the service for efficiency purposes. However, Mnemonicly removes the connection between that content and your personal account.
If you cannot access the app, email support@mnemonicly.com with the subject:
"Account Deletion Request"
Please include the email address or sign-in provider connected to your account so we can verify the request.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by the respective store.
Deleting your Mnemonicly account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing. You may need to cancel your subscription separately through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
